Hillview Road, Mt Lawley

This grand old Mt Lawley property was in the Heritage Precinct which meant the front facade was unable to change.
A two storey addition to the rear of the property meant going underground to add a theatre room and gym, a split level added another bedroom and then upstairs a new kitchen, dining, lounge, bedroom and two new bathrooms.

Recycled floorboards, window frames and roof tiles where used throughout.

Meadow Street, Guildford

Architects Nash+Ghersinich created an amazing design for this circa 1890’s Heritage listed property in Guildford which managed to keep the required heritage features and still make the most of the amazing riverside setting.

Over ten months a new Kitchen, Bathroom, Laundry, Dinning and Lounge area was added.

This addition features a huge concrete kitchen bench and almost three walls of floor to ceiling steel framed windows.

Eco credentials
